Gamete Donor Evaluations

For clinics and agencies, my practice provides screening of both directed and non–identified prospective gamete donors.

Donor evaluations include a clinical interview and administration of a standardized, empirically validated personality inventory. All gamete donor evaluations adhere to ASRM guidelines and practice standards. 

For non-identified donors, evaluations take place over the course of two appointments. Standardized testing is administered at the first appointment; the clinical interview takes place during the second appointment. 

For directed donors, in addition to testing and clinical interview, the prospective donor and gamete donation recipient(s) participate together in a third appointment to facilitate the group consultation.
